Shipping policy

  1. ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  2.  WHERE WE SHIP FROM Orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners. Depending on stock availability, your order may be dispatched from facilities in China or from a regional warehouse closer to you. Where an order is shipped by a third party, this does not affect your rights under our Refund and Returns Policy.
  3.  DELIVERY TIMES Estimated delivery times after dispatch are: - United States: 7–15 business days - Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days - European Union: 10–20 business days - Rest of world: 15–30 business days These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
  4.  SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, and are displayed before you complete your purchase. 
  5. TRACKING Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. 
  6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
  7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
