SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS We make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary depending on your screen settings. Measurements provided are approximate. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities.

 

SECTION 3 - PRICES AND CURRENCY Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in your country. Those charges are your responsibility.

 

SECTION 4 - ORDERS All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming receipt; this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your goods. SECTION 5 - PAYMENT We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

 

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees charged in your country. If you refuse to pay those charges, the shipment may be returned to us and we may not be able to issue a full refund.

It is the owner's responsibility to supervise their pet when using any new product, to select the correct size, and to check the product regularly for wear or damage. We cannot accept liability for injury or loss where a product was used incorrectly or was not properly fitted. Please consult your veterinarian if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your pet.
